    Thanks for the amazing tips. How often should we perform this training for best results? And should we do squats + jump squats and lunges with split jumps altogether in one training? Thanks

  2. Generally, you want to have at least 2 lower body resistance training movements paired with 2 lower body explosive plyometric movements. Then also have 2 upper body resistance training movements paired with 2 upper body explosive plyometric movements.

    So basically, you could have the following exercises paired together.

    Dumbbell Front Squats
    Vertical Power Jumps

    Dumbbell Lunges
    Split Jumps

    Close Grip Push Ups
    Push Ups Fast

    Pull Ups
    Medicine Ball Overhead Slams
